Natura-Q was founded on this belief: health requires a balance between biology and technology.

My journey began in the world of whole food nutrition. During my training as a Health Coach in Modern Nutrition, I discovered how powerful nutrition and lifestyle can be for energy, recovery, and resilience.
Yet I noticed there was a missing dimension.
Even when people ate well, exercised, and rested, some complaints persisted. This brought me to an often-underestimated factor: electromagnetic pollution in our modern living environment.
Professional deepening
To better understand this dimension, I specialized in electromagnetic hygiene and environmental analysis.
Today I work according to a structured approach based on the international EFEIA framework , which methodically analyses the living environment, exposure and possible sensitivity.
My approach does not start from fear, but from insight, strategy and balance.
What I do
At Natura-Q I guide people in two complementary dimensions:
